In one hand, Vocabulary, Grammar and Pronunciation are the sub-Skills of main skills for language learning.  On another hand, the following are the sub skills of language skills:

1. Reading: it is a cognitive process of decoding symbols to derive meaning from text. Three components of Reading: a) decoding; b) comprehension; and c) retention

2. Listening is a receptive skill, is the process of interpreting messages. The listener has to be able o decode a lot of elements to get the message.

3. Speaking is the interactive process of constructing meaning involves producing, receiving and processing information.

4. Writing is a productive skill that allows to convey meaning through understandable syntax for the recipient reader

In traditional office environments. spontaneous conversations, team lunches and casual interactions  can foster frienship

ADVANTAGES: 

No commute, get your own personal space, increased flexibility and more money saved.


DISADVANTAGES

Remote workers miss out on casual and spontaneous interactions that occur in a physical workplace


CONCLUSION:

 Even with these drawbacks, remote work has proved to be a viable option for many, providing opportunities for greater productivity and work-life balance.
